At Advanced Kids Dentistry we are committed to providing the best possible care to all of our patients, and to making sure that the care is accessible and affordable. This means that we are constantly working with insurance companies and the following list of accepted insurances may have changed. Please feel free to call our office and ask if your insurance is currently accepted if not listed below.

Insurance Participants (In-network)

After speaking with a representative from your insurance agency, we will do our best to provide an accurate quote for co-pay prior to any appointments. We can’t guarantee payment or approval from your insurance company, and the estimated amount is due at the time of the appointment. 

We will complete and submit the forms to all insurance companies for benefits. Once insurance processes, if there is a remaining amount due, a statement will be sent to you. Dental insurance is a benefit to help assist you with the cost.  All charges you incur for your dental care are your responsibility regardless of insurance coverage. As your dental provider, our relationship is with you and not the insurance company.

Statements for Owed Balances

Once you receive a statement, please submit the balance as soon as possible. We realize sometimes extreme cases arise that may affect timely payment and if necessary, please contact us directly for assistance in handling this matter or with questions related to billing. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your financial needs.

Our practice accepts most major credit cards. Again, please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
